The company was established in March 2000. Fully Irish owned and run. In the early days our company primarily offered web solutions for small to Medium sized companies. Since then we have invested efforts in training our staff. This has given us the ability to broaden our services to include hardware and software solutions. We have a small but very qualified and dedicated staff.

Zenzib is a company which is customer orientated. We strife to maintain excellence in the services we offer to customers. We want to know our customers, their desires and needs and fulfil them accordingly. Where customers are not happy we seek to rectify this as soon as possible. How our company operates?

We are primarily a service provider. We don't specifically sell products or components for computers. We do have provisions to order computer parts if they are needed but we don't carry a stock inventory. This keeps our costs down and also means that when required, we can order the most up to date technology rather than settling for outdated stock. When a particular piece of hardware is needed we source it from various locations around the world to attain the cheapest possible price however we do not sacrifice quality over price. Nevertheless we don't for a second expect you to use our hardware. If you have already bought the piece of hardware and want it installed we will happily carry out that.

Our office is run in Longford town about 5 minutes drive from the town centre. We offer a drop off and pick up service. Our opening times are listed below for your benefit.

During these times you can drop off your machine(s) and pick them up. We aim to have machines fixed with 48 hours. However we cannot guarantee this during busy times. If it is a serious problem and a part or parts is needed it takes on average 1 or 2 weeks for our suppliers to send us the part. If you are unwilling to wait this length of time we can source the part locally however this is usually more expensive, we leave the choice completely up to you. 

When you drop off your PC please only bring the PC box, we do not require keyboard, mouse, monitor or any other cables (unless you feel they are contributing to the problem). A concise description of what exactly the problem is will be needed. This will help our technicians to resolve the problem quicker. We will require a telephone number and address so we can contact you with queries should we need to.

Payment Details

We currently only accept Cheques and cash. We require full payment upon job completion. NO CREDIT under any circumstances.

Guarantee

1) We will try our best to resolve the problem with your machine however in the unlikely event that we cannot resolve it we will only charge a standard fee of 20.

2) If the problem reoccurs within the next 15 days, we will fix the machine free of charge*

3) All items that we provide as replacement components to those existing in your machine are covered by a 30 day warranty. Should they be come defective through normal use we will provide refund or replacement, which ever suits you.

4) Warranty does not cover refurbished tested components that we may have in stock. (You will be advised we have used these prior to installation)

* this does not apply if it is hardware failure
